SKOR.idFilm dan acara televisi dikenal karena mengintegrasikan konten bermerek, baik karakternya mengenakan label sepatu tertentu atau memasuki toko tertentu, misalnya. 

Sebuah studi baru menguraikan label-label di layar televisi maupun layar lebar yang memiliki jangkauan terbesar.

Platform Merchant Machine asal Inggris telah menganalisis 2.227 film dan 890 acara televisi (mencakup semua episode dan musim) seperti yang terlihat di blogProduct Placement.

Mereka kemudian menampilkan temuannya dalam studi analisis baru. 

Hasil studi mengungkapkan seberapa sering merek tertentu muncul di media televisi dan film (dikategorikan berdasarkan nama merek, produk, dan lainnya) per Juli 2023.

Dengan penempatan merek paling sering muncul di film termasuk Back to the Future (1985), Sweet Home Alabama (2002), Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006), dan Sex and the City (2008).

Pada temuan pakaian dan sepatu dalam penelitian dari Merchant Machine ini, Nike menduduki peringkat teratas dengan 912 penempatan film bermerek.

Diikuti kemudian oleh Adidas (590), Ray-Ban (273), Converse (148), dan Under Armour (137). 

Sepatu dan sneakers Nike juga merupakan produk bermerek teratas yang terlihat di film (507), ketiga secara keseluruhan di bawah komputer MacBook Apple (867) dan model iPhone (623).

Terkait produk pakaian dan sepatu tertentu, Nike terbanyak dilihat dibanding sepatu dan sneaker Adidas (271), kaca mata hitam Ray-Ban (241), serta sepatu dan sneaker Converse (142). 

Daftar dengan peringkat lebih rendah juga menunjukkan pakaian populer termasuk jaket Adidas (137), kaus Nike (126), dan ransel JanSport (109) di seluruh film yang disurvei.

Dalam dunia televisi, Nike merupakan merek dengan penempatan terbanyak kedua dengan 3.038 penempatan.

Posisinya tepat di bawah Apple, yang memegang penempatan terbanyak dengan 5.771 penampilan. 

Kemudian di bawah Nike ada Adidas (1.057), Vans (489), Converse (379), Ralph Lauren (373), Gucci (351), Carhartt (336), Ray-Ban (323), New Balance (302), dan Lacoste (265).

Televisi juga terbukti menjadi media populer bagi Nike, yang merupakan merek pakaian yang paling banyak mendapat peringkat dari acara yang disurvei melalui sepatu dan sneakernya.

Yakni ditayangkan sebanyak 2.169 kali, menempati posisi kedua secara keseluruhan di bawah komputer MacBook milik Apple (3.199). Sepatu dan sneaker Adidas menyusul dengan 472 penempatan.

Kemudian disusul sepatu dan sneaker Vans (439), sepatu dan sneaker Converse (363), sepatu dan sneaker New Balance (292), kacamata hitam Ray-Ban (271) dan jaket Adidas (236).

Secara keseluruhan, jelas bahwa merek sepatu dapat bertahan di media film dan televisi, khususnya label yang fokus pada sepatu atau sneaker.

Seperti yang dibuktikan oleh peringkat dan kemunculan Nike, Adidas, Vans, dan Converse.

Seberapalama peringkat merek-merek yang disebutkan di atas bertahan pada masa depan akan bergantung pada kemunculan mereka di media.
