1. Menyebabkan Arthritis

Saat minum sambil berdiri, air dapat cepat turun ke seluruh tubuh. Hal itu juga dapat membuat penumpukan pada sendi.

Kejadian ini dapat mengakibatkan kita berpotensi terserang radang sendi (Arthritis) di kemudian hari.

2 Membahayakan Dinding Lambung

Aliran air dapat menjadi sangat deras ketika di minum saat berdiri. Kejadian ini dapat mengakibarkan kerusakan pada dinding lambung dan saluran pencernaan.

3. Mengakibatkan Gangguan Pencernaan

Pada kondisi berdiri, tubuh dan otot yang kita menjadi lebih tegang. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan sulit menerima cairan.

Sementara itu, minum sambil duduk membuat tubuh menjadi rileks dan dapat menerima cairan dengan lebih baik.

4. Menyebabkan Heartburn

Minum sambil berdiri mengakibatkan tekanan tinggi pada kerongkongan. Kejadian tersebut terkadang dapat merusak sfingter (sendi antara lambung dan kerongkongan).

Gejalanya perut akan terasa mulas dan seperti terbakar karena asam di perut naik ke kerongkongan.

5. Rasa haus tidak hilang

Ketika minum air dengan berdiri, tubuh akan sulit menerima cairan dengan cukup baik.

Oleh karena itu, rasa haus tidak akan mudah hilang karena air yang diminum tidak diserap dengan sempurna.
