Banyak orang yang kini memilih mendengarkan lagu menggunakan headset.

Namun penggunaan headset terkadang cukup berlebihan sampai menggunakannya saat tidur.

Hal ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan bahkan sampai kematian.

Telinga memiliki batas normal mendengarkan suara yakni 80 dB sementara untuk penggunaan headset, desible yang dihasilkan bisa sampai 120 dB.

Untuk itu mendengarkan musik menggunakan headset sebaiknya tidak lebih dari 60 menit setiap hari dengan volume tidak melebihi 60 persen volume maksimal.

Untuk mengetahui volume yang digunakan tidak terlalu tinggi Skorer bisa mengecek dengan cara telinga masih bisa mendengar suara lain di sekitar.

Sering menggunakan headset juga dapat menimbulkan penumpukan kotoran telinga.

Jika hal tersebut dibiarkan maka telinga bisa terkena infeksi telinga bahkan kesulitan mendengar.
