2. Menurunkan Risiko Kanker

Seperti dilansir dari Halodoc, mengonsumsi berbagai macam sayuran silangan seperti arugula dapat menurunkan risiko kanker.

Kandungan glukosinolatnya bertanggung jawab dalam melawan sel kanker dan memberikan rasa pahit pada sayuran silangan.

3. Mencegah Osteoporosis

Arugula mengandung berbagai macam nutrisi yang sangat dibutuhkan tulang, seperti kalsium dan vitamin K.

Vitamin K dan kalsium sangat dibutuhkan untuk metabolisme tulang.
