Mengatur jadwal tidur juga dapat membantu kita untuk mendapatkan tidur yang berkualitas alias lebih baik.

Bagi orang dewasa yang memiliki aktivitas intens disarankan untuk tidur selama enam hingga delapan jam.

3. Lakukan latihan fisik

Aktif pada siang hari dan melakukan sejumlah latihan fisik juga salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan.

Latihan fisik selama setengah jam setiap hari dinilai cukup untuk membantu mendapatkan tidur yang lebih baik.
