Tips Hilangkan Benjol Akibat Terbentur

  • Untuk mengatasi benjolan yang berada pada jidat, 3 cara ini bisa dilakukan.
  • Salah satu caranya adalah memenangkan diri agar tidak stress.

SKOR.id - Benjol pada jidat biasanya dialami oleh anak-anak usia dini.

Namun tak menutup kemungkinan juga terjadi kepada orang dewasa.

Benjol pada jidat bisa dihilangkan dengan 3 cara di bawah ini:

1. Kompres Benjol

Untuk membantu menyempitkan pembuluh darah yang ada di bawah kulit, lakukanlah kompres dengan air dingin.

Ini adalah cara yang paling ampuh untuk membantu mengurangi benjolan pada jidat.

Caranya bungkus es batu kedalam kain bersih dan tempel pada benjolannya.

Lakukanlah selama 10 menit dan tidak disarankan melakukannya lebih dari 20 menit.

Berikan jeda sekitar 10 menit untuk mengompres kembali.

Dalam cara ini tidak diperbolehkan untuk langsung menempelkan es batu ke bagian yang benjol karena akan menyebabkan radang dingin.

2. Tenangkan Diri dan Baringkan Kepala

Setelah terbentur, tenangkan diri dan atur pikiran.

Karena jika dalam kondisi stress, menghilangkan benjol tidak akan efektif dengan cara apapun.

Berbaringlah sejenak untuk menghilangkan rasa pusingnya terlebih dahulu.

3. Minum Parasetamol

Apabila sudah menggunakan cara mengompres namun masih terasa nyeri, dianjurkan untuk meminum parasetamol.

Parasematol adalah pereda nyeri yang akan membantu menghilangkan rasa pusing akibat terbentur.

Jika terjadi pada anak-anak, perhatikan dosis yang ada dalam obat.
