Timun diketahui juga memiliki kandungan kalium yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi risiko terserang penyakit jantung.

Selain itu, vitamin K pada timun dapat membantu jantung memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh.

5. Merawat kulit wajah
