  • Sayuran dan kacang-kacangan: menyediakan kalsium, fosfor, kalium, serat, dan garam mineral.
  • Buah-buahan: mereka kaya akan vitamin C. Mereka menyediakan serat, garam, karbohidrat, dan energi.
