Mengenal Masalah Buang Air Kecil Anyang-anyangan dan Cara Mengatasinya

SKOR.id - Tidak sedikit orang yang mengalami permasalahan terkait buang air kecil, termasuk di Indonesia.

Salah satu masalah perihal buang air kecil adalah anyang-anyangan yang belum banyak diketahui orang.

Anyang-anyangan merupakan keluarnya air seni terlalu sering, biasanya (tidak selalu) disertai rasa nyeri.

Pengertian tersebut bahkan sudah tertuang di dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) edisi V.

Sementara itu, dilansir dari Alodokter pada sesi tanya jawab, Dokter Alyssa Diandra menjelaskan lebih jauh.

Dipaparkan bahwa anyang-anyangan merupakan suatu kondisi di mana adanya rasa tidak puas setelah berkemih.

Yakni masih merasakan ada yang tersisa dan merasakan ingin pipis kembali dan jumlah urin yang keluar sedikit.

Itu biasanya disebabkan adanya iritasi pada otot yang berperan dalam berkemih. Sedangkan pipis yang sering, secara medis dikatakan sebagai poliuria.

Dokter Alyssa menyebutkan kondisi adanya nyeri perut bawah dan sering pipis secara umum dapat disebabkan oleh:

1. Infeksi saluran kemih
2. Batu kandung kemih
3. Infeksi ginjal
4. Batu ginjal
5. Cemas
6. Penyakit menular seksual
7. Adanya masalah pada organ kandungan seperti miom, radang panggul, kanker ovarium
8. Konsumsi minuman berkafein atau alkohol
9. Kehamilan
10. Diabetes melitus.

"Pemeriksaan fisik dapat membantu. Pemeriksaan lain yang dapat membantu seperti pemeriksaan urin, pemeriksaan darah, USG, CT scan tergantung dari kecurigaan dokter," tulis Dokter Alyssa.

Lebih lanjut juga dibagikan cara mengatasi anyang-anyangan. Beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah:

1. Hindari konsumsi alkohol atau minuman berkafein
2. Perbanyak minum air putih
3. Hindari kebiasaan menahan pipis
4. Menjaga higienitas daerah kewanitaan terutama dengan membasuh dari depan ke arah anus bukan sebaliknya, mengganti pembalut secara berkala minimal 3 jam sekali tergantung volume menstruasi
5. Jika sudah aktif secara seksual, hindari melakukan hubungan seksual dengan banyak pasangan, menjaga higienitas daerah kewanitaan setelah berhubungan.
