"Salah satu latihan paling penting (namun diremehkan) untuk mendapatkan kaki yang kencang adalah berjalan," kata David. "Berjalan memiliki begitu banyak manfaat kesehatan mental sekaligus fisik yang berbeda dan sangat penting jika Anda ingin kaki yang kencang."

"Saya selalu merekomendasikan bahwa ketika Anda dapat berjalan ke suatu tempat, maka berjalanlah!" ujar sang trainer.

"Mengganti perjalanan mobil 10 menit dengan berjalan kaki selama 20 menit benar-benar bisa menjadi perbedaan, tidak hanya dalam menjalani gaya hidup lebih sehat, tetapi juga membantu mendapatkan kaki kencang yang luar biasa."
