Cerita Ramadan: Mohammed Rashid Berbagi Cara Menjaga Kebugaran Saat Puasa

SKOR.id - Menjalani padatnya jadwal latihan dan pertandingan selama Ramadan, menjadi tantangan bagi setiap pesepak bola muslim di Liga 1 2023-2024.

Namun, pemain asing Bali United, Mohammed Rashid mengungkapkan mempunyai cara dan rahasia untuk menjaga kebugaran selama menunaikan ibadah puasa.

Gelandang asal Palestina itu menegaskan untuk jangan takut melakukan aktivitas saat menjalani puasa selama Ramadan.

Menurutnya, banyak aktivitas yang dijalani akan membantu melupakan rasa haus dan lapar saat menjalani ibadah puasa.

"Di Bali United latihan dimulai setelah buka puasa. Biasanya sebelum buka puasa sekitar dua jam, saya pergi ke gym (pusat kebugaran). Itu tidak sulit," ujar Mohammed Rashid.

"Setelah selesai di gym kemudian saya pulang ke rumah, lalu membaca Al-Quran. Jadi sangat mudah. Ini cara saya mengatur diri saya sendiri (saat Ramadan)," ia menjelaskan.

Mohammed Rashid juga mengaku senang bahwa kebijakan latihan di Bali United selama Ramadan ini berlangsung pada malam hari.

Menurutnya, itu akan membantu para pemain tim berjuluk Serdadu Tridatu yang beragam islam dalam menjalankan ibadah puasa.

Namun, di sisi lain menjadi tantangan tersendiri karena setelah berbuka puasa harus bisa menjaga makanan yang dikonsumsi.

Hal itu dilakukan Rashid agar pada saat menjalani latihan, tubuhnya masih bisa menerima semua materi yang diberikan pelatih.

Pemain berusia 28 tahun itu memilih makanan berprotein tinggi. Sebab, asupan protein sangat penting bagi seorang atlet.

"Untuk latihan di malam hari setelah berbuka puasa tidak masalah, tapi sejujurnya apa yang setiap saya makan atau minum akan merasa sangat berat setelah berbuka puasa, tapi selain itu sangat bagus, Alhamdulilah," ucap Rashid.

Ia menambahkan, memiliki waktu istirahat saat Ramadan juga sangat penting untuk menjaga kondisi tubuh.

Terlebih bagi seseorang yang mempunyai aktivitas berat setelah berbuka, seperti para pemain Bali United.

"Mungkin tidur minimal empat jam saat berpuasa akan cukup menjaga kondisi tubuh," mantan pemain Persib Bandung itu menambahkan.

Lebih lanjut, ia mengaku berpuasa di Bali lebih mudah karena waktunya tidak sepanjang ketika saat menjalani puasa di Palestina.

Diketahui, Jika dihitung puasa di Bali memakan waktu kurang lebih 13 jam, sedangkan di Palestina mempunyai waktu lebih lama yakni 15 jam.
