Pekerjaan yang seharusnya selesai tepat waktu, justru terbengkalai akibat rasa kantuk berlebihan.

1. Minum Secangkir Kopi

Kafein dalam kopi adalah stimulan yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas di otak dan sistem saraf sekaligus menghilangkan rasa kantuk.

Namun demikian, tidak disarankan mengonsumsi secara berlebihan karena dapat memicu perasaan gelisah.

2. Gerakkan Tubuh dengan Berjalan Sekeliling

Jika perasaan ngantuk mulai menyerang, kamu bisa berjalan santai untuk meningkatkan energi dan kadar oksigen dalam darah.

Aktivitas ini bukan hanya membuat kamu terjaga saja, tapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan berkonsentrasi setelah istirahat.

3. Minum Banyak Air Putih

Minum banyak air putih memberikan lebih banyak energi untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik di siang hari.

Sebaliknya, jika seseorang kurang minum air putih dapat memicu dehidrasi dan menyebabkan kelelahan, hingga rasa kantuk.

4. Mencuci Muka

Cuci muka bisa jadi cara mengusir kantuk paling ampuh setelah makan siang. Ini dapat membuat aliran darah menjadi lebih lancar.

Selain itu, cuci muka bisa membuat tubuh merasa lebih segar.

5. Cari Tontonan Lucu

Tontonan video lucu dapat membantu mengusir rasa kantuk. Ini dapat mudah ditemukan di media sosial.

Selain mengusir rasa kantuk, melihat video lucu juga dapat meningkatkan suasana hati menjadi lebih baik.
