1. Istirahatkan Badan

Migrain sering terjadi ketika seseorang terlalu letih bekerja. Salah satu upaya untuk mengobatinya adalah dengan istirahat.

Dengan beristirahat, otot dan syaraf yang tegang karena aktifitas pekerjaan dapat segera rileks dan secara perlahan dapat mengobati migrain.

2. Kompres Air Hangat di Sekitar Tengkuk Leher

Kompres air hangat disebut dapat meredakan sakit kepala migrain.

Selain itu, kompres air hangat juga bermanfaat untuk mengurangi ketegangan otot di sekitar kepala.

3. Mandi Air Hangat

Mandi air hangat dipercaya mampu meregangkan semua otot yang tegang di area kepala.

Dengan begitu, otot akan kembali rileks dan sakit kepala migrain dapat teratasi.

4. Olehkan Balsem di Sekitar Leher

Balsem akan membawa sensasi hangat yang dapat meredakan sakit kepala migran.

Selain itu, aroma terapi yang ditimbulkan juga dapat membantu meringankan sakit kepala.

5. Konsumsi Teh Hangat
