SKOR.id - Olahraga adalah satu kegiatan yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh seseorang.

Segala bentuk macam olah fisik juga dapat dilakukan mulai dari yang ringan hingga berat.

Namun untuk melakukan kegiatan olahraga sesorang membutuhkan konsistensi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.

Dengan olahraga yang yang rutin dan konsisten maka tubuh akan mendapatkan banyak manfaat kesehatan.

Berikut ini adalah tips untuk menjaga konsistensi dalam berolahgara:

1. Tentukan Target yang Realistis.

Tentukan tujuan untuk berolahraga seperti program penurunan berat badan atau melatih kemampuan.,

Dengan menetaptak target, maka kegiatan olahraga akan lebih memiliki tujuan yang harus dicapai.

2. Minta Bantuan Profesional

Tidak ada salahnya untuk meminta bantuan profesional dalam melakukan kegiatan olahraga.

Dengan dibantu seseorang yang lebih berkompeten dalam olahraga maka dapat membantu dalam menjalankan olahraga yang rutin.

3. Mulai dengan Perlahan

Lakukan kegiatan olahraga sesuai kemampuan saja untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal.

Jika dirasa latihan yang dilakukan sudah melewati batas maka sangat dianjurkan untuk melakukan jeda terlebih dahulu.

4. Pantau Progres

Bila perlu buat catatan tentang perkembangan latihan olahraga yang telah dilakukan untuk memantau kemajuan yang dimiliki.

Rasa puas akan tercipta ketika seseorang telah berhasil mencapai target yang dipasang.
