Tips: Cara Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja Jaga Kesehatan di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

Kesehatan tentu menjadi faktor utama untuk menghindari virus Covid-19 yang akan menyerang setiap insan.

Pebulu tangkis Indonesia, Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja mempunyai tips sendiri demi melawan covid-19 dan menjaga kondisi tubuhnya sehari-hari.

Hal utama yang dilakukan oleh ganda campuran Indonesia itu adalah menjaga istirahat yang cukup dan selalu melakukan aktivitas olahraga.

"Kalau tips dari saya versi atlet itu yang terpenting selalu menyempatkan melakukan aktivitas olahraga kurang lebih 30 menit," ujar Gloria kepada Skor.id.

"Lalu jika itu sudah dilakukan kemudian kita harus menjaga kondisi kita dengan istirahat yang cukup, kurang lebih 7 sampai  8 jam" katanya.

Gloria mengaku dalam kondisi covid-19 ini tubuh harus tetap beraktivitas.

Biasanya, setiap orang hanya melakukan aktivitas berjemur di pagi hari dan tidak banyak melakukan kegiatan diluar rumah.

"Hal itu kalau saya sendiri tidak cukup, tubuh kita harus benar-benar bergerak agar selalu bugar dan kuat untuk diserang virus," ucap Gloria.

Setelah itu, pebulu tangkis 27 tahun itu tidak lupa mengingatkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan yang bergizi dan diselingi dengan minum vitamin.

"Makanan kalau saya sendiri tidak memorsikan seberapa banyak, yang terpenting asupan makanan yang masuk makanan yang bergizi dan berprotein," ucap Gloria.

"Kita juga harus peka dengan kondisi tubuh kita, misalkan sudah melakukan aktivitas olahraga yang cukup menguras tenaga, kemudian asupan makanannya juga harus menutupi energi yang kebuang," katanya.

Gloria sendiri mengaku tidak melakukan aktivitas latihan tambahan selama menjalani pelatnas di Cipayung.

"Menurut saya di pelatnas latihannya sudah cukup berat, jadi untuk latihan tambahan tidak ada. Mungkin kalau memang ada waktu luang, itu untuk saya beristirahat saja," ujarnya.
