Pentingnya Memilih Snacks untuk Pesepak Bola

Tidak hanya makanan pokok, tapi juga snacking yang dimakan.

Lantas seperti apa snack yang bagus untuk pesepak bola?

Lewat program Persija Healthy Way , Emilia E. Achmadi sebagai Clinical Dietitian atau ahli gizi klinis Persija menjelaskan secara detail snack seperti apa yang wajib dikonsumsi.

Menurut Emilia makan tiga kali sehari saja tidak cukup untuk menjaga kebugaran pemain.

Ia mengungkapkan harus ada snack untuk menopangnya.

“Jangan pernah lupa sebelum dan sesudah berlatih maupun bertanding ada yang kita sebut snacking atau kudapan,” kata Emilia.

“Untuk seorang pemain bola atau untuk menjadi pemain bola handal snack is not just snack." 

"Kita harus berpikir lebih dahulu apa yang badan kita butuhkan."

"Kalau kita mau snacking, kami di Persija selalu berusaha mencari komposisi dan resep baru sehingga snack ini sangat fun dan enak untuk dikonsumsi bagi setiap pemain,” ia menambahkan.

Tentu hal ini bisa menjadi referensi bagi manajeman ataupun orang tua peserta Liga TopSkor.

Sehingga ketika bertanding di akhir pekan gizi dan protein para pemain terpenuhi dengan asupan makanan yang tepat.

Emilia juga mengatakan suguhan snacking bentuknya harus inovasi.

Hal diyakini bisa membuat mood pemain menjadi baik dan tidak membosankan.

“Kandungan protein, rasa, dan lemak kami pikirkan. Ini akan membuat pemain fun. Pada saat latihan selesai, capek, jika tidak mendapatkan snack yang tidak menarik mungkin nafsu makan tidak ada," ujar Emilia.

"Tapi kalau setelah latihan ada cookis, pia, dan pastry, yang pemain bisa enjoy karena rasanya enak itu akan bagus."

"Yang terpenting snack bisa mengembalikan power, mengembalikan protein yang digunakan untuk membentuk otot baru,” ucap Emilia.
