1. Tekanan Darah Tinggi

Santan dapat memicu peningkatan trigiserida.

Trigisireda sendiri adalah salah satu jenis lemak yang berfungsi sebagai cadangan energi tubuh.

Ketika trigisireda maningkat maka akan berdampak pada penyumbatan arteri serta pembuluh darah yang berbahaya bagi tubuh.

2. Gangguan jantung

Santan juga dapat memicu timbulnya gangguan jantung.

Hal ini dikarenakan santan yang dimasak dalam suhu tinggi dan berulang.

Akibatnya memicu penumpukan lemak jahat dalam santan yang dapat memicu terjadinya gangguan jantung.

3. Stroke Ringan

Endapan lemak jahat dalam santan dapat menyumbat aliran darah dan pembuluh arteri.

Sebaiknya setelah mengonsumsi santan imbangi dengan mengonsumsi mineral dan cairan yang cukup.

Jika tidak akan menyebabkan stroke ringan dan untuk lansia dapat menyebabkan stroke berat.

4. Asam Lambung Meningkat

Jika keadaan perut kosong sebaiknya jangan langsung menyantap makanan bersantan.

Karena cairan dalam santan dapat menyulitkan lambung untuk mencerna makanan lain yang masuk.

Hal ini lah yang membuat rasa nyeri timbul di lambung.

5. Kolesterol Meningkat

Lemak jenuh dalam santan lagi-lagi dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif untuk tubuh.

Penumpukan lemak tersebut dapat meningkatkan kolestrol.

Oleh karena itu bijaksana lah untuk mengonsumsi santan.
