7 Asupan yang Harus Dihindari ketika Mengalami Sembelit

Sembelit merupakan masalah dalam sistem pencernaan yang membuat penderitanya sulit buang air besar (BAB).

Biasanya, sembelit disebabkan oleh pola makan yang buruk seperti contoh kurang serat atau kurang minum air putih.

Selain itu ada beberapa penyebab lain dari mulai kurang aktif bergerak hingga efek samping konsumsi obat.

Dilansir dari laman tiptar, ada beberapa makanan yang harus dihindari ketika sedang sembelit seperti berikut ini:

 

1. Makanan Olahan

Makanan olahan seperti sosis, makanan beku, dan makanan siap saji mengandung banyak lemak trans dan beberapa kandungan yang menyebabkan sembelit.

2. Alkohol

Alkohol tidak baik untuk orang-orang yang sembelit lantaran dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi yang bisa menimbulkan sembelit.

3. Daging Merah

Seperti diketahui, sembelit bisa disebabkan oleh kurangnya serat dalam tubuh dan daging merah merupakan salah satu makanan yang rendah serat.

Mengonsumsi banyak daging merah, membuat saluran pembuangan dalam tubuh tidak memiliki serat yang bisa memudahkan keluarnya kotoran dari dalam tubuh.

4. Makanan Minuman yang Mengandung Pemanis Buatan

Pemanis buatan seperti sakarin, sorbitol, dan aspartam tidak baik untuk penderita sembelit karena dapat menimbulkan efek astringen atau pengerutan jaringan di pencernaan.

5. Susu

Susu adalah salah satu asupan yang mengandung banyak lemak yang dapat menyebabkan susah buang air besar. Namun, jenis susu skim atau susu kedelai bisa dijadikan pengganti.

6. Nasi Putih

Nasi putih adalah makanan yang kaya akan pati. Kandungan ini dapat memperlambat sistem pencernaan.

Nasi putih mengandung karbohidrat serta gula. Karena itu, akan lebih baik bagi yang tengah menderita sembelit untuk tidak memakan nasi lebih dulu.

7. Pisang

Seperti nasi putih, pisang juga mengandung banyak pati yang akan memperlambat pencernaan dalam usus.
