1. Yoghurt Buah dan Kacang

Campurkan yoghurt, buah beri, pisang atau kiwi, dan kacang almond. Menu makanan ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan karbohidrat dan protein yang hilang selama berolahraga.

Bahkan, mengonsumsi pisang sudah membantu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karbohidrat.

2. Sereal Susu dan Kacang

Campurkan susu, sereal, dan kacang almond. Tanpa menghabiskan waktu, Skorer bisa memenuhi karbohidrat dan protein yang hilang setelah berolahraga.

3. Salad Buah

Campuran potongan buah kiwi dan nanas dapat dibuat dengan mudah.

Selain kaya vitamin, buah-buahan ini mudah dicerna dan membantu memecah asam amino dan mencegah peradangan yang terjadi pada otot.

Skorer juga bisa menambahkan buah-buahan yang mengandung banyak air untuk menjaga tubuh tetap terhidrasi, misalnya semangka.

4. Oatmeal

Cara membuatnya cukup praktis. Campurkan oats dengan susu dalam sebuah mangkuk dan aduk hingga rata.

Kemudian masak dengan api sedang selama beberapa menit. Sajikan dengan buah beri atau pisang.

 

5. Roti Isi Telur

Telur kaya manfaat dan sangat mudah disajikan. Bisa memasak telur rebus atau ceplok sampai matang.

Kemudian panggang roti, taruh telur yang sudah direbus sebelumnya, dan tambahkan potongan alpukat.

6. Roti daging

Masak daging cincang, bawang merah cincang, kecap, lada, saus tomat, dan garam selama lima sampai tujuh menit.

Aduk hingga warnanya menjadi kecoklatan. Sajikan dengan roti tawar atau burger. Boleh menambahkan sayur hijau seperti selada dan timun.
