Olahraga pagi dapat menjaga kadar gula darah tetap stabil.

Tak hanya itu, ruitn berolahraga juga bisa mencegah terjadinya resistensi insulin yang dapat memicu diabetes.

3. Menjaga Tekanan Darah

Olahraga di pagi hari dapat mencegah terjadinya hipertensi dan bagi penderitanya dapat menurunkan hipertensi itu sendiri.

4. Meringankan Nyeri Punggung

Nyeri punggung merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh orang dewasa dan lansia.

Dengan rutin berolahraga, otot-otot tubuh seperti otot punggung, perut, dan kaki, akan menjadi lebih kuat dan mampu menopang sendi dan tulang belakang dengan lebih baik.

5. Menjaga Berat Badan Ideal

Tentu melakukan aktifiktas fisik mampu mengurangi jaringan lemak pada tubuh.
