Namun dalam praktek sehari-hari, untuk menjaga berat tubuh ideal ternyata terbilang sulit dilakukan.

Karena pada satu kondisi tertentu berat badan tubuh bisa naik dengan sendirinya.

Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai kegiatan apa saja yang mampu memicu neiknya berat badan.

Berikut ini adalah beberapa kebiasaan yang mampu memicu pertumbuhan berat badan:

1. Jam Tidur yang Tidak Teratur

Seperti dilansir dari Halodoc, jika seseorang kurang tidur dan terlalu banyak tidur maka akan menyebabkan penambahan berat badan.

Terapkan jam tidur yang baik yaitu minimal 8 jam dalam satu malam karena akan berdampak baik bagi tubuh.

2. Tingkat Stres

Tingkat stres termasuk salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kenaikan pada berat badan.

Beberapa orang memilih untuk makan agar merasa lebih tenang saat menghadapi tekanan.

Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan banyak masalah terkait gaya hidup, seperti penyakit jantung, hipertensi, diabetes, dan lainnya.

3. Makan Terlalu Cepat

Seseorang yang memiliki kebiasaan makan dengan cepat dapat kesulitan untuk menurunkan berat badan.

Saat makan dengan cepat, kecenderungan untuk makan berlebihan akan terjadi sehingga terjadi obesitas.

Hal tersebut dapat membuat kelebihan nutrisi disimpan dalam bentuk lemak yang akhirnya berat badan naik.

4. Duduk Sepanjang Hari

Pekerjaan kamu mungkin mengharuskan untuk selalu duduk di kursi yang membuat tubuh jarang bergerak.

Hal tersebut membuat kamu lebih sulit untuk menurunkan berat badan.

Lakukan gerakan fisik untuk mencegah naiknya berat badan.
