Selanjutnya, protein terbagi menjadi dua, yakni hewani dan nabati yang sama pentingnya bagi tubuh.

Akan tetapi, protein nabati memiliki satu keunggulan dibandingkan protein hewani karena tidak mengandung kolesterol yang mana lebih sehat bagi jantung.

Protein hewani didapatkan dari daging ikan, telur, atau susu sedangkan nabati bisa didapatkan dari tahu, tempe, hingga kacang-kacangan.
