  • Member ITZY membagikan deretan menu makanan yang mereka konsumsi untuk menjaga bentuk tubuh.
  • Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, dan Yuna rerata mengonsumsi salad untuk menu makan malam.

SKOR.id - Menjadi seorang pesohor di dunia Kpop tentu harus menjaga bentuk tubuh terutama untuk para member girlgroup.

Selain menunjang penampilan agar tetap langsing, tubuh yang sehat dan langsing akan membuat para anggota girlgroup lebih luwes ketika menari di atas panggung.

Tak heran jika diet alias menjaga pola makan serta berbagai olahraga rutin dilakukan oleh para anggota grup vokal Negeri Ginseng.

Para member ITZY yang terdiri dari Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, dan Yuna ternyata punya pilihan menu khusus demi menjaga bentuk badan mereka, yang mungkin bisa Skorer tiru.
