Membongkar Workout Gila Sylvester Stallone, Demi Film The Expandables dan Rambo

SKOR.id - Di usianya yang sudah 75 tahun, Sylvester Stallone terlihat masih sangat bugar dan gagah. Profesionalitasnya menjadi salah satu kunci yang membuat penampilannya terjaga di usia senja.

Bahkan, ia tak segan untuk melakukan porsi latihan yang cukup gila, terutama saat hendak membintangi sebuah film.

Ia bercerita, saat hendak melakukan shooting pembuatan film Rocky III yang dirilis 1982 silam, ia melakukan diet maupun latihan yang kurang masuk akal.

Bayangkan, ia sampai harus meminum 25 gelas kopi campur madu setiap harinya. Saat proses pembuatan Film Rocky III, ia kerap mengalami pusing di lokasi shooting.

Saat itu, kadar lemak tubuhnya juga rendah, hanya 2,9 persen. Di bawah rata-rata binaragawan yang paling sedikit memiliki kadar lemak 3 persen.

Pada 2007 dan 2009, Sylvester Stallone membintangi fim Rambo 4 dan The Expandables. Padahal saat itu usianya tak muda lagi, sudah kepala enam.

Namun nyatanya, ia masih mampu melakukan latihan dengan porsi sangat berat, yakni enam kali seminggu dengan dua sesi per harinya!

Dalam satu sesi, aktor kelahiran New York, 6 Juli 1946 itu melakukan 8-11 gerakan workout demi mencapai bentuk tubuh terbaik.

Setiap Senin, Rabu, dan Jumat Pagi, Sylvester Stallone melatih dada, punggung, dan perutnya. Pada Senin, Rabu, dan Jumat sore, giliran otot bahu, lengan, dan perut yang ia hajar.

Sedangkan pada hari Selasa, Kamis, dan Sabtu pagi, ia melatih otot kakinya. Tentu saja lengkap, meliputi paha dan betis.

Adapun, pada sesi Selasa, Kamis, dan Sabtu Sore, Sylvester Stallone melatih bahu belakang, trapezius, dan perut.

Untuk pola makan, Sylvester Stallone tentu menggunakan diet tinggi protein.

Sebelum sarapan, ia meminum segelas asam amino. Lalu saat sarapan, ia menyantap tiga butir putih telur, oatmeal Irlandia, Roti Pumpernickel panggang sebagai sumber karbohidratnya, serta pepaya segar, dan buah ara.

Saat makan siang, Sylvester Stallone menyantap ayam panggang tanpa kulit, labu, salad, buah ara atau beri.

Sedangkan di malam hari ia memakan ikan panggang, roti panggang berserat tinggi, daging sapi, serta salad.
