Ini Anjuran Menu Makan dari Dokter PSIS Semarang untuk Buka dan Sahur

Hal itu pun membuat pemain harus bisa mengatur pola makan, terutama saat berbuka karena biasanya tersedia banyak jenis makanan.

Karenanya, dokter tim PSIS Semarang, Alfan Nur Asyhar, memiliki anjuran pola makan dan jenis nutrisi yang harus dikonsumsi oleh para pemain.

Anjuran ini dikhususkan sang dokter untuk pemain saat menjalani ibadah puasa saat bulan Ramadan.

Alfan Nur Asyhar menganjurkan para pemain untuk mengonsumsi makanan ringan terlebih dahulu saat berbuka puasa demi mengembalikan cairan tubuh yang terkuras.

Makanan seperti kurma dianggap efektif mengembalikan cairan tubuh saat pemain melakukan latihan pada sore hari menjelang buka puasa.

"Jika latihan pada sore hari maka saat buka puasa usahakan rehidrasi yang cukup untuk mengganti cairan tubuh yang hilang," tutur Alfan Nur Asyhar.

"Konsumsi kurma lebih bagus karena kandungan gulanya bisa ganti kadar glukosa dalam tubuh yang menurun," ia menambahkan.

Selain itu, berbagai macam takjil seperti kolak, bubur, dan jenis jajanan manis khas Ramadan lainnya juga baik sebagai hidangan pembuka.

"Pola makan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan saja," kata Alfan Nur Asyhar.

Selain konsumsi makanan ringan saat buka, ia menganjurkan makan berat setelah salat magrib atau setelah melaksanakan ibadah tarawih.

Sebab, makanan berat dapat menjaga daya tahan tubuh supaya tidak sakit. Selain itu, tidak ada yang spesial untuk makan berat selama memenuhi empat sehat lima sempurna.

"Untuk makan besar tetap konsumsi nasi, lauk, sayur, dan buah, serta dilakukan setelah salat maghrib atau setelah ibadah tarawih," kata Alfan.

"Untuk sahur tak jauh berbeda, hanya sebaiknya minum yang mengandung elektrolit supaya mengikat cairan tubuh lebih lama," tambahnya.

Selama Ramadan, para pemain PSIS Semarang diizinkan pulang ke kampung halaman masing-masing setelah Liga 1 2020 dihentikan sementara akibat virus Corona.
