SKOR.id - Gelandang Persib Bandung, Gian Zola Nugraha, memiliki tips untuk tetap menjaga asupan gizi seimbang walau sedang menjalani ibadah puasa pada bulan Ramadan.

Gian Zola mengungkapkan, tim pelatih memang menyarankan para pemain yang menjalankan ibadah puasa pada bulan Ramadan untuk tetap menjaga asupan gizinya.

Pasalnya, mereka tetap diharuskan menjalani latihan mandiri untuk menjaga kebugarannya.

Pemain binaan Diklat Persib itu banyak mengonsumsi buah-buahan untuk menjaga asupan gizi.

Pasalnya, buah-buahan amat menyehatkan bagi tubuh karena banyaknya kandungan vitamin di dalamnya.

"Pasti banyak makan buah-buahan. Kalau buka atau sahur, selalu sempatkan makan buah. Bisa divariasikan juga kan, salah satunya dibuat sop buah," kata Zola.

Kakak kandung Beckham Putra Nugraha itu melanjutkan, selain buah, asupan protein dan karbohidrat juga diperhatikan Zola.

 

Dikatakan Zola dia sering mengonsumsi daging ayam dan juga sayuran untuk menjaga pola makannya.

Lebih lanjut dia mengungkapkan, tim pelatih juga sudah memberikan rekomendasi makanan yang harus dikonsumsi pemain selama menjalankan ibadah puasa pada bulan Ramadan.

"Makanan yang lain juga tetap dikontrol. Kalau saya, sering makan itu daging ayam, karena suka saja. Tapi, sayur dan lainnya juga tetap diperhatikan saat sahur dan buka puasa," Zola mengungkapkan.

Sebelumnya, dokter tim Persib Rafi Ghani juga sudah mengingatkan kepada para pemain untuk menjaga asupan gizi selama berpuasa pada bulan Ramadan.

Selain itu, meski dalam kondisi berpuasa, pemain juga harus rajin melakukan kegiatan fisik untuk menjaga kebugarannya.

"Untuk pemain, ofisial dan pelatih selama bulan Ramadan ini harus lebih menjaga asupan makanan yang baik. Selain beribadah, lakukan juga kegiatan fisik atau olahraga yang intensitas dan waktunya disesuaikan karena sedang berpuasa," ujar Rafi.
