Diet sederhana ala Gal Gadot pun telah diungkap oleh Hollywood Trainer sekaligus ahli nutrisi bernama Magnus Lygdback.

Magnus Lygdback merancang diet yang berfokus pada nutrisi tinggi untuk Gal Gadot selama proses pelatihan untuk karakter Wonder Woman.

Aktor perempuan asal Israel itu makan lima kali sehari. Dalam periode empat hari sekali, ia dapat makan apa pun yang diinginkan.

Gadot juga memastikan mendapat asupan makronutrien harian sebesar 100 gram protein, 200-240 gram karbohidrat, dan 90 gram lemak.

Lygdback mengungkapkan makanan yang harus rutin dikonsumsi, seperti telur dan gandum yang kaya akan protein.

Makan siangnya adalah ayam atau ikan dengan karbohidrat dan sayuran, serta makan malam berupa steak, salad, dan nasi gandum.

Menurut Lygdback dan Gadot, diet ini dapat dilakukan di rumah. Mereka memiliki metode sederhana untuk memastikan telah mengonsumsi makanan yang tepat.

"Porsi seukuran kepalan tangan. Jadi sarapan, misalnya, akan terdiri dari protein dan setengah karbohidrat kompleks," ujar Lygdback.

"Hal yang hebat tentang diet ini adalah Anda tidak akan gagal membentuk tubuh lebih baik. Kamu juga harus memiliki niat untuk melakukan diet ini," katanya.
