SKOR.id - Mantan pebulu tangkis Indonesia, Debby Susanto, telah pensiun pada awal 2019 dari bulu tangkis.

Debby Susanto kini sibuk mengurusi sang buah hati, Mikhael Kayana Daya.

Debby Susanto pun mengaku setiap hari memasak untuk keluarganya.

Pada Sabtu (10/4/2020), Debby menjadi bintang dalam Live Instagram Skor.id dengan tema Cooking with Debby Susanto.

Dalam sesi tersebut, Debby memasak perkedel tahu.

"Hari ini, saya bakal masak perkedel tahu, caranya sangat gampang," kata peraih gelar juara All England 2016 bersama Praveen Jordan ini.

"Masakan ini murah meriah dan bahan-bahannya gampang didapatkan," kata perempuan yang tampil di Olimpiade 2016 ini.

Berikut resep perkedel tahu ala Debby Susanto.

Bahan-bahan:

Tahu 3 buah
Bawang merah secukupnya
Daun bawang secukupnya, dipotong-potong
Telur 1 butir
Tepung terigu 1,5 sendok makan
Kaldu ayam bubuk 1 sendok teh
Cabai keriting 1-2 buah
Minyak goreng

Cara membuat:

Hancurkan tahu dengan menggunakan garpu hingga menjadi seperti adonan.

Kupas bawang merah dan potong kecil-kecil.

Cabai keriting dipotong kecil-kecil.

Masukkan bawang merah, cabai keriting, dan daun bawang yang sudah dipotong-potong ke adonan tahu yang sudah dihancurkan.

Aduk hingga merata semua bahan, lalu tambahkan 1 butir telur, dan kembali aduk hingga rata.

Campur 1 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk dengan 1,5 sendok makan tepung terigu, lalu masukkan campuran tersebut ke dalam adonan tahu. 

Panaskan minyak goreng.

Setelah minyak panas, bentuk adonan sesuai selera, dengan menggunakan sendok atau spatula, lalu masukkan adonan ke dalam minyak panas.

Goreng perkedel tahu hingga kuning keemasan dan matang.

Hasil: 5-7 buah perkedel

Tips dari Debby untuk membuat perkedel tahu ini adalah jangan sering dibolak-balik ketika menggoreng.

"Tekstur tahu itu lembut, jadi bisa hancur ketika terlalu sering dibolak-balik saat digoreng," ujar perempuan berusia 30 tahun ini.

"Resep ini juga cocok untuk buka puasa. Jadi, buat kalian yang mau coba, ini sangat gampang," ujarnya.
