Cara Rizky Ridho Jaga Kondisi Tubuh di Bulan Ramadan

SKOR.id - Pemain muda Persebaya Surabaya, Rizky Ridho Ramadani, membagikan menu makanan yang ia konsumsi untuk menunjang latihan mandiri di bulan Ramadan.

Selain menu makanan, intensitas latihan yang tinggi membuat pemain 18 tahun itu banyak mengonsumsi air putih di malam hari dan menghindari minuman dingin saat berbuka puasa.

Selama Ramadan, Rizky banyak mengonsumsi buah-buahan dan sayur, serta minum wedang jahe di malam hari dan waktu sahur.

"Saya banyak minum air putih di malam hari dan saat sahur, saya juga mengurangi minum es dan kadang minum jahe hangat," kata Rizky Ridho, dikutip dari laman resmi klub.

"Untuk makanan saya paling suka kalau ibu masak sayur kunci bayam, ditambah dadar jagung yang tidak ada duanya," ia menambahkan.

Hal itu dilakukan Rizky untuk menjaga kondisi tubuh agar tetap bugar dan kuat saat menjalani latihan mandiri yang diberikan oleh tim pelatih Persebaya Surabaya.

Sebagai pemain profesional, Rizky mengaku miliki tanggung jawab besar untuk menjaga kondisi kebugarannya secara mandiri.

 

"Tentu sekarang saya punya tanggung jawab lebih karena jadi pemain Persebaya, harus lebih disiplin menjaga kondisi meski sedang libur kompetisi seperti sekarang," kata pemain timnas U-19 tersebut.

Oleh sebab itu, Ridho pun kerap menambah menu latihan mandiri di samping menjalankan program yang diberikan oleh tim pelatih.

Ia mengaku sering ke pusat kebugaran di malam hari dan bersepeda di sekitar rumah jelang berbuka puasa.

"Biasanya saya nge-gym di malam hari dan bersepeda jelang berbuka puasa," kata Rizky Ridho.

Selama Ramadan, para pemain Persebaya Surabaya tetap diberi program latihan mandiri oleh tim pelatih untuk dilakukan jelang buka puasa atau setelah salat tarawih.

Selain itu, mereka juga dijadwalkan jalani latihan online secara bersama yang dipimpin langsung oleh pelatih Aji Santoso sebanyak tiga kali dalam seminggu.
