Efek yang dirasakan setelah kehujanan tersebut mulai dari pusing, sakit kepala, hingga terserang flu.

Meski menjadi efek ''wajib'' setelah diguyur hujan, nyatanya ada beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk menghindarinya.

Berikut ini adalah lima cara untuk mengatasi pusing dan sakit kepala setelah kehujanan yang dikutip dari Klikdokter.

 

Jaga Imunitas

Sakit dan pusing kepala setelah mengalami kehujanan disebabkan oleh kondisi tubuh kita yang menurun.

Sangat penting untuk menjaga imunitas atau konsisi tubuh kita terutama saat menghadapi cuaca yang kurang bersahabat.

Caranya adalah dengan mengonsumsi makanan bergizi lengkap karbohidrat, protein, lemak, sayur, dan buah.

Jika diperlukan, bukan tidak mungkin kalian bisa mengonsumsim suplemen tambahan vitamin C.

Jaga asupan cairan

Banyak yang merasa suhu dingin membuat tubuh untuk tidak haus, namun sebenarnya tubuh sangat membutuhkan cairan.

Meski cuaca sedang dingin tidak ada salahnya untuk tetap banyak minum air putih meski cuaca tidak terik.

 

Mandi air hangat

Mandi dengan menggunakan air yang hangat sangat bermanfaat untuk tubuh karena bisa menetralkan suhu tubuh.

Suhu tubuh yang rendah adalah salah satu pemicu munculnya sakit dan hal ini terjadi saat kalian kehujanan.

Selain menetralkan suhu, mandi dengan air hangat juga dapat membuang segala bakteri dan senyawa berbahaya yang menempel.

Cukup istirahat

Jika kalian kehujanan, ada baiknya kalian segera beristirahat yang cukup agar kondisi badan kalian tidak drop.

Istirahat yang cukup menjadi penting karena virus flu terutama, menyerang ketika kondisi tubuh tidak bagus.

Gunakan pakaian yang hangat

Baju hangat seperti mantel sangat penting untuk menjaga kondisi suhu tubuh agar tetap stabil.

Dengan kondisi suhu tubuh yang stabil akan membuat virus dan bakteri tidak bisa menyerang dengan mudah.
